Favorites FAQs

When you are signed in to your papajohns.com account you can save your top favorite order as your Go-To for easy re-ordering next time.

• Sign into your papajohns.com account
• Once you are done adding items to your cart, go to the cart.
• Click on "Make this my Go-To." You will be asked to name this top favorite and it will be saved into your Favorites page in the Dashboard and marked with a star.

You can save up to 6 favorite items and 6 favorite orders. If you try to save more than that you will get a message that you are maxed out.

To remove a favorite, go to your Favorites page in the Dashboard and click Remove.

• Sign into your papajohns.com account
• From the pizza builder, when you are finished building your pizza, you will see an option to Save as a Favorite
• Choose to save it and enter a name that you have not previously used
• The pizza will be added to your cart and saved as your favorite for easy re-ordering next time!

There are 2 ways you can save a favorite order.

1. From the Cart, you can choose between saving what is in your cart as a favorite order or as your Go-To. You will be asked to name your order. Next time you order from PapaJohns.com, go to your Favorites page and click Re-order.
2. Once you complete your order, from the Order Confirmation page, open the Order Detail panel. You will see a Save to Favorites button. Use that to save your order for easy re-ordering next time!
