Who can join Papa Rewards?

Any Papa Johns customer in the United States and Canada is eligible for participation in the Papa Rewards program.

What is the Birthday Reward?

The Birthday Reward is an opportunity for Papa Johns to wish you a Happy Birthday during your birthday month with a free dessert. This offer is valid online only at participating U.S. restaurants only.

When will I receive my Birthday Reward?

You will receive notification on your birthday that your free gift has been delivered into your Papa Rewards account. Your birthday offer will be good for 14 days.

Is a papajohns.com account required to participate?

Yes. You must be a Papa Rewards member to receive your Birthday Reward.

How do I redeem my Birthday gift?

To use the Birthday Reward, log into your PapaJohns.com account from the app, mobile, website, or desktop. Navigate to Papa Rewards and you will see the offer in your Offers. Apply the offer to any order to redeem.

What if I don’t use my Birthday gift?

The Birthday gift expires after 14 days.

What if I did not get my Birthday Reward or I have problems using it?

Contact us and let us know here.

Can I place the order by phone or in-person?

This is an online promotion, redeemable only at papajohns.com or on our mobile apps. This deal is not available by phone or walk-in orders placed at the restaurant or Apple TV.

Can two or more accounts be merged together to create one account?

No, accounts cannot be combined. Customers should select a primary account that they would like to utilize for reward point accumulation.

Can I get credited for past online orders?

No reward points will be credited for the qualifying online purchases made prior to enrollment into the Papa Rewards program.

How many times can I participate in the birthday offer?

You may redeem the birthday offer once per year beginning the day of your birthday until the offer expires.

What if I did not receive my Birthday email?

In order to receive the Birthday Reward email you must:

  1. Be a Papa Rewards member;
  2. Have a birthday associated with your Papa Rewards account.

Once I receive my Birthday email, what if I do not see my Birthday Reward in my Rewards History?

If you meet the criteria for receiving a Birthday Reward and have received your Birthday reward email but do not see the item in My Papa Rewards, please contact us here.

How soon can I redeem my birthday gift once it has been deposited into my account?

You can redeem the birthday gift as soon as it has been deposited into your account.

What if I want to redeem my points as a plan-ahead order?

Once your gift has been deposited, you can use it for a plan-ahead order as long as you place the order to be delivered or picked up on or before the last day of your birthday gift.

Do I have to pay a fee to have the free Reward item delivered?

Yes, you are responsible for any delivery fees for the free reward item. And please consider tipping your driver!
