My promo code doesn't work?
Many promo codes need to be entered prior to choosing your pizzas. Try entering the promo code at the beginning of the order.
How do I reset my password?
Click the "forgot your password" link when prompted to log in.
How do I opt in/opt out of receiving promotional emails?
Sign in to your account, go to My Account, and then go to Email and SMS/Text.
I cancelled my online order, but the charge still shows on my account?
This is a preauthorization hold and appears as a “pending transaction” on your account. In the case of debit cards, “pending transaction” can fall off the account (making the pending amount available again) anywhere from 1–5 days after the transaction date depending on the bank's policy.
Can I pay with a Prepaid or Reloadable Credit Card?
If you are using a Prepaid or Reloadable Credit Card, your Financial Institution may place an additional 15-25% authorization hold on restaurant purchases to cover anticipated tip amount. For questions about your specific card, please call the customer service number located on your card. If your order total, any included tip amount, and the additional 15-25% authorization hold exceeds the amount of funds available on the Prepaid or Reloadable card, your card may be declined. Once your purchase is complete, you will be charged the amount of the purchase plus any tip amount that you may have added. Your Financial Institution will remove the hold that included the 15-25% additional amount. Removal of the hold could take 3-30 business days depending on the financial institution.
