Meet Four of Papa John’s Voices, Who Share One Purpose – Doing #BetterTogether
September 24, 2018
Brant, Kiersten, Daniel and Marco are just four of the 120,000-strong voices of Papa John’s. Much like Better Ingredients. Better Pizza., our people are the key ingredient to a better company. We hope you enjoy their stories.
This is Brant Barnes
His love of pizza and entrepreneurial spirit guides him in helping the communities north and southwest of Little Rock, AR by mentoring the high school and college students who work with him. He knows that the discipline, skills and life lessons these young adults learn at his Papa John’s restaurant will stay with them for the rest of their lives, and he takes great pride in having a positive impact.
Hear the voice of Kiersten Bates
She loves making people happy – from customers to team members – and leaned into the Papa John’s family after the loss of her parents. Kiersten grew up wanting to be a chef and delights in the fact that she gets to make pizzas today. The Papa John’s restaurant in Southfield, Michigan, where she is the general manager, is actively involved with local schools and neighboring businesses.
Introducing Marco Parker
Marco is a general manager in Oklahoma City who cherishes the days he brings pizza home to his wife and children so they can gather around the table, enjoy a slice and reconnect. His store regularly donates to the police and fire departments, a local military base, churches and schools – believing that pizza has the power to bring people and communities together.
Meet Daniel Ramirez
Daniel and his wife are both retired Air Force personnel. After over 20 years of service each, they say they traded one great team for another, becoming part of the Papa John’s family in Dover, Delaware. Daniel believes that everybody working and growing together can make communities, states and ultimately the country a better place.
