Our new 100% whole wheat crust has received the official stamp of approval from the Whole Grains Council.

The Whole Grains Council is a nonprofit consumer advocacy group that works to educate the media and public about the health benefits of whole grains, advocate whole-grain health research, and help retailers and restaurants meet the needs of health-conscious consumers looking for authentic whole grain products.

The Whole Grain Stamp serves as a "search tool" to help consumers easily identify and select authentic whole grain products. Two types of stamps may be awarded, based on the product ingredients and amount of whole grains—the Basic Stamp and the 100% Stamp. To qualify for the 100% Stamp, a product must provide at least 16 grams (a full serving) of whole grains per serving, and ALL the grains must be whole grains. Extra bran, germ or refined flour may not be added.

Our whole wheat crust is made with 100% whole grains, and one serving provides 40 grams or more of whole grains, which is more than 80% of the recommended daily amount of whole grain. We're the first national pizza chain to offer a 100% whole wheat crust at all of our U.S. restaurants.
