- If you haven't already, set up an online customer account by going to our registration page. If you are a current online customer, see the "Already an existing www.papajohns.com customer?" section below.
- All text ordering must be placed from the mobile number associated to your online account. To add your mobile telephone number to your online customer account, see the "Add Your Mobile Number to Your Online Account" section below.
- Set up at least one preset Favorite associated to your online customer account at www.papajohns.com. A Favorite is a preset order saved to your account, complete with any combination of pizza, sides and drinks, as well as your delivery address or carryout information and payment type. You can save up to 4 preset Favorites for easy ordering. Learn how to set one up the section below, labeled "Have a Favorite? It's Easy to Save."

- Log on to your account by going to www.papajohns.com.
- On the next page, click on the "Modify Account" button, located at the top right.
- Under the "Text (SMS) Ordering" heading, click on "Update text (SMS) ordering settings."
- Next to "Text (SMS) Ordering Status," make sure your account reads "ENABLED." If it reads "DISABLED" Click the "Change" button to enable your account for text ordering.
Add Your Mobile Number to Your Online Account
- Log on to your account by going to www.papajohns.com.
- Click on the "Modify Account" button located at the top right.
- Click on the "Change Your Phone Number" button.
- Enter your mobile number twice and click on the "Submit" button.

Ordering a Favorite Via Text Message
If you'd like a list of the preset Favorites associated to your online customer account, text "FAV" to 4PAPA (47272). We'll send you a text with details about the Favorites you have saved.
To order a Favorite by text message, simply text "FAV 1," "FAV 2," FAV 3," or "FAV 4" to 4PAPA. We'll text you with details about the Favorite you're ordering, along with price and delivery/carryout information. We'll prompt you to confirm and complete your order by replying "Y1," "Y2," "Y3," or "Y4" (Your reply will correspond to the Favorite you have chosen). Once you have responded, we'll send you a confirmation text and your order will be on its way!
To terminate the order request instead of confirming it, simply text "N" to 4PAPA. It's that simple!
If you do not respond with a confirmation or cancellation reply, you will receive a text informing you that your text order has timed-out and been cancelled.
