To build a solid house you need a solid foundation. The same is true with Pizza. That’s why we make all original dough from scratch at our Quality Control Centers and deliver it fresh to our restaurants twice a week.
We use only simple ingredients such as high-protein, unbleached wheat flour, purified water, yeast and salt – no dough conditioners – to make the very same dough as John made in his first restaurant.
