Place New Order
Go to www.papajohns.com and enter your Email Address and Password within the drop-down box and then click on "Go."
After the menu page appears, look around at all the different pizza combinations that you can choose from. At the top of the page you will see Papa John's Online Specials. For an example, we are going to select the "Family Special" eDeal.
The Family Special page will appear. The toppings for The Works will already be selected. Select two toppings from the pull down menu "Add whole toppings here." You will notice that the toppings that you chose will appear below the pull down menu next to either Whole Toppings, First Half Toppings or Second Half Toppings. After you have the toppings that you want, select "Add to Order."
The menu page will show the View My Order & Checkout on the top right of the page. Click this link to view your order.
The Order Summary page will appear. Make sure that your address and the store address are correct. Look at your order and make sure that everything is there. Select your payment type Cash, Papa Card or (Check and Credit Card where available). If everything is correct select "Continue Checkout."
After a brief moment the Thank You page will appear. This page will have a confirmation number that you either need to write down or print the page out. You will also receive an email with the approximate delivery time and the same confirmation number. You only need the confirmation number if you need to call the store or customer service about your order.
Payment Options
Current version of Online Ordering accepts cash, Papa Card, check and credit cards where accepted.
Delivery Instructions
The Delivery Instructions area is to be used to help the delivery driver upon delivery. For example, that the driver needs to go to the side door. This is NOT to be used for advanced ordering. Click here to view Plan Ahead Ordering.
