Papa John's 10 Miler - Race Day Info
Race Day Schedule - Saturday, April 11, 2009
For the safety of all race participants, runners and walkers will be required to line up at the starting line according to their estimated course finish time (make sure to complete this question on your registration form). Runners will be asked to line up next to the marker that indicates the time they expect to the run the course (i.e., "8 minute mile," "8:30 minute mile," etc.) Walkers will be asked to line up after all runners. Remember, this year's race offers the ChampionChip® so your time is clocked according to when you cross the starting mat, not when you hear the starter pistol.
Note: Awards are based on gun time, not chip time.
Complimentary parking is available in the South Lot behind Papa John's Cardinal Stadium (Green lots A, B & C).
PLEASE NOTE: If you park inside the stadium (Red Lots), you may not be able to leave the parking area until after the race is complete (after 11:30) and the roads are opened. The racecourse includes Floyd Street where all stadium (Red Lot) parking enters and exits. A flyer with detailed parking options will be included in participants' race packets.
