My promo code doesn't work?
Many promo codes need to be entered prior to choosing your pizzas. Try entering the promo code at the beginning of the order.
I am signed up for Papa Rewards, when can I use my points?
Points earned on an order will be in your account the business day following the completion of the order.
Can I get credited points for previous orders placed in the restaurant?
Reward points are earned from orders placed using the online ordering system.
How do I reset my password?
Sign in to your account, go to My Account, and then go to Email and Password Information.
How do I opt in/opt out of receiving promotional emails?
Sign in to your account, go to My Account, and then go to Communication Preferences.
I cancelled my online order, but the charge still shows on my account?
This is a preauthorization hold and appears as a “pending transaction” on your account. In the case of debit cards, “pending transaction” can fall off the account (making the pending amount available again) anywhere from 1–5 days after the transaction date depending on the bank's policy.
