About Papa John's

Papa John's 10 Miler

It’s anticipated that nearly 10,000 runners and walkers will participate in this year’s Papa John's 10 Miler. Competitors from more than 20 states will take part in the fifth largest 10-mile race in the country and Runner's World has ranked it among the top five 10-mile races in the country. When measured by timed finishers, the Papa John’s 10 Miler ranks as the third largest race in Kentucky.

Papa John’s 10 Miler is the final leg of the Louisville Triple Crown of Running, presented by Novo Nordisk. The race follows the Anthem 5K and Rodes City Run 10K in the three race series. Each year, enthusiasm and participation grows, resulting in record-breaking numbers and surpassing runners’ expectations.

We pride ourselves on hosting an extraordinary experience for all participants! From first-timers to old-timers, runners to walkers to kids’ fun runs, a top-notch experience is the priority. The Papa John's 10 Miler staff is dedicated to providing a world class course that is challenging along with a pleasing and scenic view.

The 10 Miler promotes health, fitness, and a sense of accomplishment to all levels of competitors. Be sure to invite your family and friends to cheer you on as you run the race and then celebrate as you cross the finish line on the jumbo screen at the 50-yard line of Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium on the University of Louisville campus.

Thank you to all our sponsors and dedicated volunteers. With special thanks to the running community for making this event, and the charitable donation to the WHAS Crusade for Children, possible. For more information or to register, please visit www.papajohns10miler.com
